To help relieve pain and dysfunction. We use techniques such as dry needling, joint mobilization, muscle energy technique (MET), myofascial release (MFR), strain-counterstrain (SCS), soft and deep tissue massage, and stretching.
To relieve pain and restore normal function. We use moist heat, cryotherapy, ultrasound, phonophoresis, iontophoresis, electrical stimulation, dry needling, and soft tissue massage.
To improve movement and restore proper muscle balance. These exercises include strengthening, muscle activation, balance, core stabilization, and stretching to restore range of motion.
To restore proper posture and alignment. Education includes postural exercises, movement re-education, muscle energy technique, and McConnell and Kinesio tape.
